Satanism in Rap

This morning I will be taking my young daughter to a dancing school and when she sees people like Lady Ga Ga who she likes on television,I say to to her she should not be watching her,or liking her,,she asks why?

My daughter get's frustrated when I say that I cannot or will not talk to her about subject matter yet because she is to young.I believe that young children should be protected from the evils of the world for as long as possible.

I have been taking notice of Lady Ga Ga for the last year or so I knew what she was up to,it is good to see that more and more people are waking up to the devils in the music industry who are corrupting our children and our society.

I remeber in the 70's there were stories in the media which were saying that if you played back some heavey metal music you could hear in some of it satanic messages,I remeber laughing at that time because I was a cheeky kid,but I am not laughing today as a man.

Satanism is as harmless as any of the other 'normal' religions. Most of the 'Satanism' in music is not actually Satanism but Devil worship, the difference is that Satanism (as a religion) was originally a term used for a those who believed that the current religion of the time has been corrupted by the priests or equivalent who ran it. In modern time Satanism is the belief that the 'Christan' Religions, that is the main religions that include Christ (Christianity, Catholicism, Judaism, and Muslim) have been corrupted by 'The church' to gain money and power, most of the kings of England have had different versions of the bible released edited to their own ends. Satanists do use 'demonic' image's in their worship but they are either worshiping other Deity's that Christianity has take and deionized or they are deliberly mocking the church. Satanism is a recognized religion in America.
The 'Satanism' in most music is a corruption of satanic Christian and Pagan beliefs and most of the imagery is taken from movies and stories, which are just that, stories and, although there are people who do worship the devil (Satanists included although their definition's are more complicated) it is worth remembering that, depending on the deity they may not have always been seen as evil.

As a point Maryiln Manson is a member of the current recognized Church of Satanism (founded in the 60's by Anton Lavay) and so his song's (especial the Antichrist Superstar album) do contain a satanic theme. Lady Gaga uses imagery similar to Marilyn Manson (as well as others) but alot of her songs seem to be about being yourself/an individual and both of them (as well as a lot of other artistes) play on 'dangerous' imagery to get them selves noticed.

The 'satanic' messages in 70's & 80's lp's (when played back wards) were never true but most of the bands let the rumors carry on because it generated publicity. The rumors are normally started by people who set them selves up as 'Moral guardians' without being asked and a lot of them have not seen or heard what they are talking about, Mary Whitehouse was one of these and I would be more afraid of what they say than most 'satanic' music

Hello rhinhart I read your post and understand what you have to say about modern religions and that they have been corrupted,my friend calls Christianity,Islam,and Judasim the 3 dragons that have to be slayed.I have come to the position that I agree with him,if not slayed reformed.

Today I look at my children and believe that unless there is a dramatic change in the world mine and other people's children will have no future,there is no doubt about it demons rule.

Rap music is one of the most popular forms of music today 20 years ago it was feared by some people in the west so it recieved little air play and media attention,but now that rap's ideals have been changed and corrupted,today it get more than enough air play,brainwashing the masses.

It is clear that this process of brainwashing of the masses of people has been going for a long time.
