A constitution is a vital part of any country's system of government.
It provides the rules by which the people agree to be governed.
Which People Agree To Be Governed
I have been paying close attention to this man, and his stance of what British Tax Payers money is being used for.
According to the British Constitution Group website, their Chairman, Roger Hayes has been arrested, tried in a secret court and imprisoned.
The British Constitution Group describes itself as “fighting to reassert our constitution and the rule of law” on its website.
The BCG believes that the British people’s right to govern themselves has “been subjugated as a consequence of acts of treason having been committed by the collective political establishment, aided and abetted by corrupt segments of the judiciary, the police, the Church and the civil service”
The BCG website reports that at 9:30am on 2 July, 2012, Roger Hayes was arrested at his Wirral home (near Liverpool in England).
Apparently his family received a call at 6:30pm from a warder in Liverpool Prison, saying that he had been tried and sentenced to prison.
Roger’s crime is not paying his council tax, as he believes that the money collected is being used for unlawful purposes.
